"I would highly recommend this hotel. Close to train station, beautiful lakeside location, lakeside walk to Locarno or 2 minute train ride whichever you prefer. Paddleboards and bicycles provided by the hotel for your use throughout your stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful! Resataurant is excellent

"This property uses shared bathroom located on each floor hallway. It is dirty and very less maintained. The rooms are dirty and have bugs. In addition, rooms lack air conditioning systems. The hotel provides small fans that don’t work properly. I tried to cancel my booking for the second night. Unfortunately, they didn’t support. "
"When I walked into this property I knew it was going to be a great stay. The presentation of everything is fantastic. The setting on the lake is gorgeous and when I got to the room it was no different. The room was absolutely spectacular as the rest of the property was .
The bed was super comfortable. All high-end hardware for the door handles the bathroom hardware. Everything was an incredibly high standard quality build. Even the hotel room door is something I would love to have on my own house. Great place and I will definitely be staying there again. Maybe next summer"
"I stayed two nights at this hotel. My room was a bit different than advertised. I had a skylight and a portal, so the room was large but a bit dark and with no view other than the sky. The furniture was a bit dated, but in good shape and the bed was comfortable, although the desk in my room was a bit damaged (laminate missing). However, the bathroom was newly renovated and very upscale which was nice. It was great to have a nice hot shower to soothe the muscles after hiking. Breakfast was also great--much better than I expected. Highly recommend paying the extra money. Finally, a bonus! The hotel comes with the Ticino pass, and I made excellent use of this. Overall, I would 100% stay again but would request a different room. "
"It was a beautiful surprise, the hotel is very quiet, modern, well designed, everything is well think for having the best experience. After 2 weeks in Switzerland, everyday in restaurants, our best food experience was at the restaurant in the hotel. I just mentioned directly to the chef, a very nice person doing food with passion and love, you will taste it! I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. I am from Canada, Quebec and I will definitely return to this place."
