“Nice and clean. Nice area super quiet only negative was hard bed ”

“Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m.……

“Stayed 5 days in March. There was no room cleaning. Suppose this could be due to the time of year. The property is good, but certainly not “wonderful “ as described by Expedia. ”

“This was our second time staying at Treemont. Our requirements for a hotel stay are simple. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. The newly renovated room was clean, the air and heat excellent, plenty of fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Renovations continue to this gem of a property and I look forward to our next stay. I can't wait to see this property restored to its former glory. ”

“Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. We didn’t get to this lodge until 5:45 am. I had spoken to ray and he had given me the door code for my room. When we arrived I opened the door at first glance everything looked fine. When we unloaded our stuff and opened up the sofa bed to get some rest it was completely full of dirt including dead bugs all over it. After seeing that we……

“The mountain view was excellent. Property was clean, parking was ample, access was easy, breakfast was good.”

“The elevator smelled horrible. The hallways dingy. There was some nastiness on the back of the bathroom door & when I used my hairdryer & flat iron we flipped a breaker. No ice bucket, lights didn’t work. The bed was clean & staff super nice is the only reason I have a few stars. ”

“The room and view were amazing. Getting to use the fireplace while watching it snow outside was unbelievably beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. When we returned every evening there was warm apple cider to completely round out the rustic cabin feel. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“First room, phone didn't work. No remote for tv, when we got one it didn't work. Toilet was leaking all over the floor. Had to go to a new room. Key card wouldn't open door to get into hotel. Luckily staff personnel was there and let us in. Someone was supposed to bring us a new key card. Waited an hour, never showed. We had to go to the office to get it. Didn’t like climbing the steep hill where our room was. We like to leave the car parked and walk the town. The climb up was incredibly……

“Where do I begin. We arrived and we arrived to someone smoking right outside the front desk entrance, gross. Check in was ok but the front desk guy disappeared for a bit and made us wait. Once we got to our room, that’s when the fun started. One of the beds had stains on the sheets and blanket, had to call housekeeping to change the bedding, they were quick. Then the tv was broken. Called the front desk and the guy had to bring us a new tv. He did set it up quickly. The floor was dirty. There……
