“Okay so this was quite the experience. I'm not really sure what i can say. First things first they need a sign directing folks to their site. It was long and time consuming trying to figure it out. When we pulled up it was sketchy because we drove down this hill to a bunch of rvs. Some rotted out, houses completely destroyed from the outside. It was definitely not at all what I expected. “Access to the Schroon River was nice to cool off in, but overall the rental was not worth the money we paid. When we first arrived, there was garbage left over from previous guest. There were missing pans, so we had to borrow a pan from the general store. This property listing was very inaccurate. It says there is heat, wi-fi, a dryer, air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms on the property, but in reality they are talking about the public restrooms at the general store 0.4 miles down the road which……

“My partner and I needed a place to camp for the total eclipse and came across Ryan's listing. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. He's such a nice, accommodating host. Taking the time to show us the property and delivering firewood to our site. The land is gorgeous! Great stargazing and sunsets. We chose a spot next to the river to pitch our tent, and we were able to pull our car right up to the site and have easy access to all our gear. The privacy……
