"For the price on a cross country trip, our stay was fabulous, so good in fact we stopped there on the way to the east coast and on the way back to Nevada. This is the perfect place to stop in the middle and take a GOOD shower. After days of questionable bathrooms, and sad water pressure, this place is a God send. It’s good value for money, and one of the on property restaurants makes a pretty decent burger at 10pm on a Tuesday. It is a little off the beaten path but worth the weird drive. The only complaint is that you have to walk a distance to get a luggage cart and leave your ID as collateral. Also no one under 21 is allowed to go through the casino. So if you have kids and/or a lot of luggage -be aware"

"My family was traveling from Pensacola, FL to Minneapolis, MN this past weekend. On Saturday we agreed to drive until we couldn't drive anymore. We booked a room in St Louis and made our way there. Upon arrival I was told that I had reserved for the following weekend. We were all exhausted and now didn't know what to do. Shyra was at the front desk and she was amazing. She kept mom (me) calm and helped us work with Expedia to change the room to that night. What could have ended as a terrible evening ended up being one of the best hotel experiences of the trip. My 10 year old daughter talked about how nice she was and how much she liked her every time we walked past the desk until the moment we left. To top it off, she made sure we were fed the next morning with breakfast. Shyra, I hope you see this. Know that you made a huge difference for us on our trip home and we appreciate you.
