「A nicely renovated home with many quality creature comforts provided. There's been a lot of thought put into helping guests enjoy their stay. It's conveniently located, close to everything but in a quiet cul de sac. To boot, Host Kara is extremely lovely. Something malfunctioned and she responded so quickly to resolve the issue and make sure we were still comfortable. Thanks so much Kara. Ps the home is even nicer in person than in the pictures」

Surprisingly quiet at night as on a busy road which meant we were central and walking distance to shop, takeaways, bakery etc. Short drive to city and waterfront and Pukekura Park and river walks. Great value! Thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable.」

「The place was neat, tidy, and very comfortable with the rooms being a good size and well appointed. The host were a delight and very helpful. The location was right opposite Pukekura park and not too far from town.I'd recommend without a doubt.」

「Our young kids loved the toys and books, the location was fantastic, the home was clean, we appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms, everything worked as expected, we had everything we needed, and there was a surprise massage chair! This felt like a home, not a sterile location. Peter & Wendy were very accommodating, good communicators.We would happily return - I'm sad we forgot to sign the guest book!」

「My parents and I had the best time staying at this property. Very clean and so close to town. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Taranaki. We hope to stay there again in the future. 」

「This house is dated for sure (in the best way imaginable). The detail was endless, everywhere you looked there was something new and exciting to discover. Then once you get past the decor, the views were spectacular with floor to ceiling windows on both levels in room after room. Watch the ships come in and out of the shipyard was fun, especially at night. Would stay again 100%. 」
