「San Sabastian is a very popular destination, especially during the weekends. Although the apartment was in a great location, the noise level at night was a bit much. During the week it is much quieter with less tourists. Any issues we had was dealt with in a very timely fashion by the managing agent.」

「Die Gegend ist einmalig. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht am Meer, man erreicht allerdings Meer, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Stadt, Spanien etc. sehr schnell. Die Wohung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Dadurch dass sie im Untergeschoss liegt, ist sie etwas feucht, was aber an heißen Sommertagen eher angenehm kühl wirkt. Der Pool sehr sauber. Die Besitzer wohnen zwar oben, sind aber sehr zuvorkommend und rücksichtsvoll.」

The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!」

「Everything we found was in line with the description. The apartment is pretty, well maintained, well equipped and comfortable. The terrace is south-west facing and quite private. It´s only a few minutes walk to the beach (and bakery), 10 minutes walk to a well-supplied supermarket and a good half-hour to the center of Biarritz. 「Het appartement is ruim en goed gelegen. Het ligt wel verder van de zee dan aangekondigd. Bij aankomst waren de sleutels nog niet ter beschikking (een half uur te vroeg na 1100 km rijden ..), dus nog even wachten. Het appartement was niet echt proper, veel zand en nog materiaal van de vorige huurder. Na afloop ook nog enkele onverklaarbare kosten. We hebben het ons niet al te hard aangetrokken, maar ik kom er niet terug.」
