“The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. The beech is approx 1 mile and walked to it most days. Good selection of restaurants on the beechfront and along the way, plus shops, wine/beer and pharmacies.……

“There were unexpected charges related to the age of my children. I booked for two adults and two children but had to pay £230 extra for my oldest child upon arrival. Hotel subsequently realised that the charge was not entirely correct but only partially compensated me. The breakfast was excellent and the service at the breakfast was wonderful. However service at the restaurant during the dinners was less good. Hotel prices for the wine are not reasonable. More than £40 for a bottle of local……

“Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money ”

“This is marketed as a two star hotel and us very well. We were waiting for our king term accommodation to be ready so we're booking rooms here day to day. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room nice and clean ”

“Excellent value with a great discount. Very quiet, bound bound to be hectic during peak season. Restaurant served excellent food and generous portions. Only downside is that it is off the beaten track, which suited me just fine, so transport is a must.”

“It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. ”

“We got an room upgrade, but i didnt like it because the pool view is not that great from my room and the bathroom shower door was missing. Eventhough the staff knew about it they upgraded us to that room and next day we request them to change to our original room and it was way better than the upgraded one. The breakfast menu has lot of options. Staffs are very friendly amd addressing the issue right away. Overall it was 7/10. Thanks.”

We have come since it opened last year this is our second year staying at this beautiful hotel! Staff go up & beyond to ensure your stay is the best you can have nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are so friendly & helpful from front desk to restaurant/chefs to housekeeeping all brilliant do such a great job I can’t rate them highly enough! ”
