「Hacienda La Indiana is without question a 10-star experience. From the moment we arrived late at night, we were welcomed with warmth and generosity that made us feel more like family than guests. The owner, with genuine kindness, prepared tea despite the late hour, gave us a personal tour of the property, and ensured we had everything we needed. 「No puede ser considerado hotel de 4 estrellas, no ofrecen botella de agua, tampoco cafetera . No hay internet en las habitaciones y en las áreas comunes es mala la señal.
En recepción no ofrecen mayor información sobre la zona, falta capacitación del personal aunque son muy amables.
El lugar es precioso, muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y podría mejorar con pequeños detalles.」

「If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl! 「After spending 10 days traveling around Andalusia, we wanted to end our trip in a special way. The Parador in Arcos de la Frontera did not disappoint! This is a lovely hotel with great views from our balcony. Even the taxi ride up to the property was memorable to say the least! We visited the nearby cathedral and climbed the bell tower which were both worthwhile and caught a lovely sunset from our room. I would highly recommend it!」
