「Very elegant well maintained hotel with excellent staff and an excellent general manager. We were troubled by cramped bathroom, lack of a power socket in the bathroom, a lack of any clothes storage. There is not a single chest of drawer. There was no explanation of which power switch does what. Too many staff members but not enough information. 」

「We stayed at Binsar Villa, which are on top of a mountain . The Club Mahindra is the only vehicle which is allowed to go up hill . We had our own cab , which we had to leave at base facility and transfer our baggages to club Mahindra vehicle at check in time . Again the reverse way when we checked out .
