“Here’s a polished and professional version that keeps the complaint strong: The AC is not working properly in any of the dorms. When I posted my review, a staff member approached me and said, “No one else is complaining, so why are you complaining?” Is this an appropriate way to speak to a guest who has raised a genuine concern? This kind of response and behaviour is highly unprofessional and certainly not what I expected from a hostel like yours. To make matters worse, I was told by a staff……
