"Only great thing about this place was location! Communication was so bad. During our stay for a one week we called them almost daily because we were missing information regards to parking, key access, high chair etc. Be aware of this property management. There’s no one helping you. I would not recommend this property, there are better options!"

"I was not able to access the property because I was never sent details on how to enter. It’s my fault for not remembering to check before landing but I still thinks it’s pretty poor service not to have sent me confirmation details, including access, to my email 24-72 hours before arrival. I landed in Helsinki on a Saturday and when I tried to call for assistance, no one picked up the phone and there was no voice mail or messaging service available. In the end I just rented another hotel...

"It’s in great location. Tram, train , ferry and bus are downstairs. The sauna is very good. Cleanliness is not good enough. Some blankets and pillows in the cabinet are a little bit smelly. Some curtains damaged. It’s noise during weekend nights. "
