「本人2月6日下午四点多订的酒店，七点二十到酒店门口，一直没有收到门禁密码的邮件和短信。这期间拨打客服电话一直占线，无法接通，直到晚上八点二十才打通电话收到门禁密码，让我极其愤怒！贵店承诺最晚在顾客到达前半小时发送门禁密码，很明显你们没有遵守这一承诺，让我在寒风中等了一个多小时！」

「从机场坐火车三站就到达，列车半小时就有一班，票价2.8欧元/人，自助机买票刷信用卡记得看小键盘上提示，插卡拔卡，在小键盘上点确认键才能支付成功不需要打密码，从火车站三楼的天桥可以直接走到酒店的电梯，用密码上楼开门都很方便，完全自助，楼下大堂的门是用左手边九宫格密码锁输入密码，而不是门中间的长条形密码锁。房间里的厨房设施很棒，一应俱全，可以自己做饭，但我们转机时间不是很长，就没时间买菜做饭了，火车站的超市里就有卖食物，还有赛百味和汉堡王等快餐店。楼里还有健身房和桑拿设施，有公用洗衣机，火车到机场和市中心都挺方便，如果来赫尔辛基旅游住这里也是不错的选择。不足的地方是抽油烟机没有通烟管而是排到房间里很鸡肋可能只能当灯用吧，卫生间为了节省空间设计折叠门淋浴区，利用部分洗手台空间，挺巧妙的，但是导致洗完澡洗手台前面的地面也湿了，没有提供地巾，影响后续使用。」

「The best part about this relatively small apartment with a tiny bathroom sink was its central location. Less than a 10 minute walk to so many things including the train station where one can take a train to or from the airport. The only drawback to the location is that street noise can be heard until way past midnight so bring your earplugs. The check-in process was smooth, although receiving the final instructions only an hour before check-in was stressful as we never know if we will lose...
