「I booked this stay using hotels.com and got a confirmation number. When I had to call this particular property to let them know that I was running late and wanted to make sure that the room is still held by the time I went, the customer service automated response system asked for confirmation number. The number I got from hotels.com is different from what they expect and hence I had to send a person to make sure that the room is held. This kind of an experience which disabled people to reach...

Breakfast was not served appropriately and had to wait for 30 mins for the refill, whatever has been refilled is sufficient for 1 person when there are 3 people waiting for breakfast.
