“酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕”

“The unit itself was a really nice design and we could not have picked a better location. Any issues we may have had were management related. We stayed for six nights and housekeeping NEVER came in until we agreed to pay €25 additional for new sheets. When being introduced to your unit be sure to have them show you how to use every item like the gas oven and a clothes washer. There were NO towels in the kitchen so all dishes we washed had to air dry. Finally the bed pillows were a joke.……

“This lovely apartment was exactly as advertised. The location is fabulous. Check in was seem less…. The person showed up as soon as I messaged. The host responded very quickly as the apartment needed an adapter to fit the microwave plug …… and I felt they answered all my questions almost immediately. It is a very simple apartment, clean and quiet, considering how close it is to the Pitti Palace. I would highly recommend! ”

"After the second cleaning, i notice there are sand-like stuff on the floor of toilet area, it felt gritty and uncomfortable. I walked barefoot in the room as there were no slippers provided and I didnt bring one with me. The second morning when I was in the toilet, I accidentally stepped on something and it was painful. I realised I was bleeding. It was a tiny piece of debris? (I was guessing its a debris from the wall because of the shiny surface, but I can’t tell). This is not what I expected from a 4-star hotel… And some minor details -wifi didnt work for ard a day -entrance is hard to locate, and u must go through some stairs -no slippers -no conditioner -no hook inside the bathing room so all clothes and towels will be put outside. You needa be in your room naked and it felt weird to me -im in paradiso concept room but it still felt a bit dark, the corridors are dark as well -(if you care) pillows are quite soft -music in the bar which you could hear a little at night -i noticed 2 small fly?(i dont even know whats that) in my room, near the basin -the way room cleaning handle/move your personal belongings, such as shoes, really tells what attitude they got in their job. Its a very minor thing but you can feel their way of working. -hard to locate the hotel entrance, and all entrance have few steps of stairs Overall, I had high hopes because I love the design and concept of this hotel, however I left with disappointment."
