They provide free laundry and free detergent so that was nice. Pool water was warm. There was free shuttle service to Vail village every half hour.

Had an enjoyable stay, though it took some time to find the bed, which was hidden in the closet—something I hadn’t expected! It was a bit warm without AC, but manageable. A fan was provided, though it may not be enough for a summer stay. The place was quiet, with easy check-in and check-out.

The hotel amenities were great and very clean and helpful employees. My only complaint is the studio room is very cramped if using both the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. I was traveling with my adult daughter so we both wanted our own bed. The listing did not do a very good job of pointing out the bed is a Murphy bed. This room is ok if not using the sleeper sofa.

July getaway

Did not realize this was not a hotel. It is a vacation club property. And we were surprised that the main bed was a Murphy bed. Good thing we were here just one night.

Such a nice resort in a great area. Loved the pool area with hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, steam room and sauna. The shuttle into town was really helpful also. The only thing I will say negatively was that we had a Murphy bed which we didn’t expect to have and it was not super comfortable. Aside from that our stay was perfect :)

Vail is incredibly beautiful and the StreamSide Birch at Vail is no exception. We found the property pretty dated however with no A/C, and older design.

This property was a great value- they had everything you could need in the kitchen (tools,etc- we could have used more salt and pepper); there was a frequent, easy shuttle to the ski resort; parking was plentiful and close to the unit, climate control in the unit was excellent; the pools/hot tubs were wonderful/clean; the staff were friendly- I don’t see why we would stay anywhere else next time we are in Vail

Pedro was THE BEST.

We had a great time, even though the Internet for the entire went down 1/2 way thru Harry Potter. Front desk agents were nice & efficient. But the BEST was Pedro, the maintenance guy who helped us figure out the Murphy bed, and the TV. He was sweet and patient and solved our problems quickly. I figured the coffee maker out myself.

Friendly staff, black mold under kitchen sink

At the end of our stay, we found black mold under the sink and water leaking from the sink under the cabinet. It is on the back wall of the kitchen sink. We noticed a slight smell near the sink, but thought it was the garbage disposal. That was so unfortunate to discover this at the end of our trip and I do have allergies! The staff and cleaning crew were very professional and helpful.

Worst Nghtmare!!!

One of the worst experiences in our trip.The lady at the front desk took forever to check us in at 1:40 am..She had no clue about the hotel map or the room numbers.Misguided us and finally we couldn’t step into the room till 2:45 am and then the room was another mess.Not so clean bathrooms.We just wasted our money on this hotel.
