You're Paying for Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: OK apartment located near the heart of Lionshead. Walk out the back of the building and you're a few stairs away from the main area. The apartment is much darker than portrayed in the pictures. It was clean and decorated but it's definitely got a 70's ski lodge vibe. The bedroom was especially dark even though they put an extra floor lamp in there. It's an older unit. The front door is very hard to lock. The water doesn't get much hotter than lukewarm. We were told a lot of the units have problems with the front doors and that there was a part that was defective on the water heater and that it had been ordered. The location is great and the staff was nice. The pool and hot tub were very clean and pleasant. No problem with parking. Check in was smooth.Overall it met our needs.

Great place for a couple days!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great. There were 3 of us staying for a couple nights and there was plenty of room for everyone. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus as well. We loved using the fireplace and watching the skiers on the runs from our window. The condo is in Lionshead, which is a short walk through the village to the gondola. A ski locker was also included in our stay.

The view was beautiful. The facilities such as hot tub/pool & parking garage were well maintained. The front desk staff was very nice, helpful and communicative. We would certainly return. Kitchen utensils/pots and pans could use a little refresh but not a deal breaker by no means.

Fantastic location

Easy walk to the gondola and Lionshead base area. Nice hot tub for relaxing after a good day on the slopes. Plus underground parking.
