“This was a quick weekend trip for the Vail Dance Festival and this home was PERFECT for our stay! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and also had a great deck to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning. The location is also perfect! I came to this festival a couple years ago and our location that time was okay, but this location was GREAT! Just a five minute drive to the main parking at Vail Village. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Good location and nice place to stay for fall leaf-peeping in the area. The property does include a number of stairs, both into the property and to all the bedrooms, which was fine for our group but could be a consideration if there are mobility issues among those you're staying with. Really appreciated the prompt communication from the host -- highly recommend this property. ”

“Lovely condo with a view to the woods. Spacious for 4 adults. Beds were super comfy and the floor plan was great, with the living area separating the 2 bedrooms. We took advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. It was a hot weekend so we were very thankful for the A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the condition of the shower door, which really needs replacing and some caulking. Overall we really liked the location which made for a quieter stay. We’ll go back……

This is an ideal location for a short casual walk to Vail Village and the parking is more than adequate.Yes, it’s not a 5-star hotel or lodge but you’re not paying an exorbitant price either”
