Val d'Europe Shopping Center

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a little small for all of our luggage, but that was not a problem for us, and I think this is quite normal for hotels in Paris. The bathroom was very clean, the towels were fresh, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning was excellent. The staff was truly outstanding! Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. Even after we checked out, they kindly kept our luggage until it was time for us to leave for our departure. While we were waiting in the lobby, we asked if we could have some coffee and tea, and they were so kind to prepare them for us—even though we had already checked out. That level of hospitality really made us feel welcomed and cared for. The hotel is also centrally located and very convenient for sightseeing and getting around Paris. There is even a restaurant directly across the street that offers room service to the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience. The cleanliness, location, excellent staff, good Wi-Fi, and comfortable amenities made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!

Amazing !

We had a fabulous stay at the Park Hyatt. We did have one issue with our air con and the hotel manager was extremely helpful in resolving this issue. I would recommend this hotel for Paris. Rooms are spacious, atmosphere is extremely welcoming, concierge excellent and very attentive front reception and management.
