「Owner had not checked that he had reservations for the day before we arrived. Room was very cold and very slow to warm up. Few commodities. As far as I am concerned, the place is not suited to stay during winter. Way more expensive than many places in downtown Montreal, for less quality in my opinion.」

「The first room I had there were ants crawling all over the walls everywhere. The whirlpool tub didn't work also. So my first night was not pleasant at all...the next day I went to the administration and they changed my room for a bigger room right next door...no ants and the jet tub worked. I was actually happy the tub didn't work as my room was changed on this account but the ants was not a spring time issue there's a nest under the patio door as that was the location they were entering from....
