Friendly staff. I can see the Matterhorn directly from the balcony of my room. The accommodation is quiet and comfortable. Location is good, only 10 minutes away from the station.

Best location, just 2-3mins to gondola! Nice view at room!

Hotel Firefly is a cosy, boutique hotel with a personal touch. A hand-written welcome note with complimentary fruits were in the room before our arrival. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, showing us around the room to ensure we know how to operate the facilities and giving us a lot of tips about what to do in Zermatt. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Daily breakfast in the room was a special treat.

Room environment is good. Very responsive services. Pick up from station is good. Very relaxing and enjoyable environment.

This Hotel well exceeded my expectations. This started from the shuttle to and from the train station. The lady at the reception was very helpful and efficient. She provided lunch recommendation which is nice. The room was clean and modern. We shall be back the next time around.

Nicely decorated. Tidy and clean

Very good hotel! The room size is big, clean and cozy. My room gets the view of Matterhorn from the top window, together with a balcony facing the main street, which is so nice! The staff was nice and friendly too.
