"This was the first time in Portugal, and our first time here at this Hotel. It was amazing. The rooms were great. Overlooked the bay, the cliffs and the ocean. Patio was awesome. Parking on the street, right in front of the hotel...very safe and all the restaurants and bars are a few blocks away....we rarely moved our rental car. ....Exactly as advertised. Breakfast delivered on the patio was great. The staff was super helpful and friendly. One of the top places we have every stayed. The staff made this a great place. We hope to come back next year, and would only stay here. Thanks. "

"I stayed at Casa Mia with my family of four. Overall, I think this is a nice property with good value. The location is lovely, as it is simple to get to from Carvoeiro and there are lovely hiking trails and restaurants just a short walk away. I will say that the home overall is a bit dated, with the exception of the upstairs main bathroom, which has obviously been recently remodeled and is VERY nice. Beds were comfortable, and I loved the screen doors in the bedrooms for cool breeze at night. We had what we needed in the kitchen (though I would say the refrigerator could use a defrost, and there seems to be a piece missing within the coffee maker which requires some extra effort to make work...nothing that really took away from the experience). The pool was AMAZING and refreshing on those very hot days. This unit has 2 pool lounge chairs that are not the most comfortable, I agree with other reviews that pads for them would be nice. Again, nothing that was a huge deal. I would suggest the management consider dedicated pool/beach towels for the property for use, especially with all the amazing beaches nearby.Very good internet and satellite TV kept us up on things happening in the world.We really enjoyed our stay."

"We had the pleasure of staying at a stunning Portuguese villa with friends—our first visit to Portugal—and it was truly unforgettable. The villa itself was both elegant and exceptionally comfortable, with each bedroom featuring a private en-suite bathroom.
