The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and utensils.

The bedroom features a cozy double bed with linens provided, as well as the sofa bed.

The modern bathroom offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This peaceful property is located in a quiet rural area on the outskirts of Valencia, in the Pobles del Nord district. It offers a serene atmosphere surrounded by green landscapes and traditional countryside charm. The neighbourhood is characterised by small village homes, local farms, and open fields, making it a perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation away from the city bustle.

Although the area feels wonderfully secluded, you will still find essential amenities in nearby villages such as Benifaraig, Borbotó, and Massarrojos. These nearby towns offer local grocery shops, cafés, and small markets where you can find daily necessities.

Transportation options in the immediate area are limited, so having a car is highly recommended for convenience. Public buses connect the surrounding villages to central Valencia, but they may run infrequently.

Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the natural surroundings, which are ideal for long walks, cycling, and soaking in the peaceful environment. The region is known for its agricultural charm, offering a glimpse into a quieter way of life while still being within reach of the vibrant city of Valencia.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus stop, Arxiduc Carles - Fra Juníper Serra, is just a 2-minute walk.

Valencia Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
