Housing Maritim by Sharing Co offers modern, comfortable, and fully equipped studios, ideal for those who wish to enjoy a pleasant stay in Valencia. Each studio features a double bed that guarantees maximum comfort and a double sofa bed, perfect for 2 more people. The functional and contemporary design, along with all necessary elements, will allow you to feel at home. Additionally, they have a coffee maker so you can start the day with energy, and the building has a washing machine in common areas, which is especially practical for longer stays.



Its strategic location, in a quiet and well-connected area, will allow you to easily access both the city center and its beaches, perfectly combining rest, comfort, and Mediterranean life. Housing Maritim by Sharing Co is the ideal option for both leisure and business trips.



For reservations of more than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning of the apartment is included.



For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:



1. You will need to sign a temporary rental contract.

2. Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 125 EUR.
