We had a great 5 nights here. Service from everyone we came into contact we excellent and a big call out for Geyser who looked after us at breakfast each morning. Rooms well appointed, quiet and very comfortable beds. Good to have UK news channels on tv

This hotel had charm but functionality. The breakfast was so much. I loved the walk in shower (the bathroom was spot on.) The room was spacious with plenty of clothing storage. I would absolutely stay here again.

Fanrastic location to explore the old town of Valencia, very friendly and helpful staff. Room a little small for cost but beautifully decorated. Breakfast menu, both content and taste the only disappointing features of an otherwise wonderful two night's stay.

Staff were amazing and so helpful. The location was great and the rooms were beautiful. The pool was quite busy and a fairly small area but it was also the peak of summer, 40 degree heat and children on school break so would think that usually would not be such a problem. Other than that really can’t fault it, it was fantastic! Would highly recommend.

The staff are attentive and very welcoming. The property and indeed the rooms are modern and tastefully decorated. The hotel is situated centrally and minutes from many bars and shops. The air con in our room was faulty and whilst we let them know, it was not fixed. The service can sometimes be slow upstairs on the roof teŕrace. Whilst they were again, very nice, the service was at times, painfully slow. Think they need more staff to cope.

This is a Marriott hotel and the first one we stayed in during our Spain visit. This was an expensive hotel but we still had to pay for everything - using the bikes, breakfast (which was just ok and expensive), water in the room (if you ran out of the small ones they gave you). Compared to the other properties we stayed at all of these things were free. I would probably not stay in a Marriott again in Europe if I have different options. Also we got a bottle of cava in all of the other hotels we booked through Expedia (even though we didn’t drink it) except for this hotel. The bedding was the best at this hotel. Also the room was loud. We were in a room under the rooftop terrace and we could hear furniture being moved around at all times of the day. We requested and paid more for a city view room and there was no city view in any of the rooms. The first room offered was on the first floor and faced out to the trash can s and bus lanes. So we ended up with an interior facing room which was quiet and much better. The room was nice. Overall a very average experience and not comparable to the other Spainish hotels we stayed in. Marriott needs to look at their competition!

This is a wonderful hotel! It is beautifully appointed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location, walking distance to the central market and silk exchange etc.but also to great shopping as well.

This is a gorgeous hotel! So comfortable and beautifully designed. Center of Valencia so it was easy to walk to many places. Highly recommend! Staff were great too! Rooftop bar and pool an added perk.

Alle medarbejderne var søde og hjælpsomme. Vi havde problemer med lugt af cigaretrøg på etagen, og så virkede deres “smart” opkobling til fjernsyn og fitness ikke. Pool området blev brugt til at holde sammenkomster så man havde ikke lyst til at bruge den desværre.

Gloriously different! Every minute detail had been thought of - the decor, the tea mugs, the magnifying mirrors - I could go on...! The rooms are a little small, but the location is slap bang in the middle of the action. The staff were also wonderful - thankyou Jorge for excellent restaurant recommendations :-)

Very lovely hotel and staff. We were able to get an early check in and since our ferry out was so late, they accommodated for a late check out as well. Great location in Valencia, very walkable to many sites, bars, and restaurants.
