First time in València

My wife and I just stayed for 3 nights at the apartment. It was well beyond our expectations and the city is truly beautiful.

Valencia

The apartment itself was great and exactly as described. This is the first time booking through VRBO, that there has been a property management company involved in the process. From the owners standpoint, it probably makes things simpler, but we were not impressed at all and found their communication to be quite poor.

They said they sent check in instructions via email after it took a couple of weeks and a call from VRBO to get them to send me a payment link. I never got check in instructions. Then we got instructions via WhatsApp and the key didn't open our door. We had to wait on the stairs for someone from the office to come in. The floor didn't seem mopped and many tiles were popping up. The walls had dirty handprints on them and the shower head in one of the bathrooms shot water over the shower wall. The couches are uncomfortable and falling apart. It was SO LOUD at night. You can hear everything happening at the surrounding apartments and on the road. We got very little sleep. It was a good location. Hopefully some fixes will be made and it will be a better vacation rental.

Amazing apartment

Stayed only 2 nights in the apartment but it's a perfect apartment for longer stays also. Really good place to come with friendfamily. Very clean and well decorated just like the pictures. Good location I definitely recommend it!
