Nice flat but check-in process was complicated

We had a nice stay and the flat was very modern and clean. Organising our arrival was a bit complicated and frustrating. They charge a 30 euro fee if you need to check in after 9pm. Because of this, I needed my sister to check in as she was arriving in Valencia earlier than me. To allow her to check in they had some extra requirements and info I had to provide which was commonicated in quite a disorganised and confusing way. I had multiple WhatsApp and online messages from them on the day of my flight asking me to do certain things, and then ended up having to phone them which cost me money. Clearer information communicated via one channel and all at once would have been much more helpful.
