"Can Ganesha Villa "is an independent villa located in the luxury George Sand housing development, in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. It matters not whether they are children or adults: we are family friendly.
The 6 vacancies are divided into 3 guest rooms with comfortable double beds: one with views of the pool, and two with more privacy.
"Can Ganesha Villa " has an en suite bathroom by the master bedroom, another full bathroom and a WC in the garden.
A very beautiful phenomenon occurs with the pool: during the day it's blue and at night, when the lights are on, the water turns into a shaded green.
"Can Ganesha Villa" has a 600 mb optical fibre connection and satellite TV with Netflix, enabling you to work or enjoy your favorite series. "Can Ganesha Villa" is in the mountains and very close to the sea, so the house is cool. Even so, the 3 principal bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Out of respect for the different guests who stay in the house, smoking indoors is forbidden.

The best thing about the Villa is its location in the mountains of Mallorca next to the sea and its sunset.
Very close to "Can Ganesha Villa" you will find - Cala de Deia- and -The port of Valldemossa - to cool off in the Sea in summer.
Next to the house, you will find the towns of Valldemossa and Deia, where you can enjoy very good restaurants.
"Can Ganesha Villa" was designed and created for a single purpose: to serve as a refuge from the stress of everyday life. Honouring that philosophy and Ganesha, the house draws from Asian luxury, with Hindu and Buddhist influences. And it contains a host of nooks and crannies where anyone staying there can relax and rest their mind.
The George Sand residential development is one of the most exclusive housing estates on the island. Because of the houses on it, the privacy it offers and its spectacular location by the cliffs, where the sun sets over the sea. The perfect place in which to relax and disconnect from routine without anything to disturb the peace that flows through every single nook and cranny of the house and its Balinese-style sculptures.
Animals are accepted on request.

Serene Family Trip
We had a week at this beautiful house early in July and it was definitely not long enough. It's very clean and well kitted out - there are very comfortable beds, plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses and enough cookware to satisfy my fussy chef husband. The pool is sparkling although the step in and out is a big one! Gonzalo and Sue were lovely hosts, very helpful but discreet. The town of Valldemossa is really lovely and the house is probably just at the far end of a comfortable walk away. To see any of Mallorca you will definitely need a car (or driver) from the villa and some of the local back roads are a bit hairy, but if you stick to the larger ones its not a problem. Thank you for having us at your lovely house.

The house and garden are just so lovely and peaceful .
The hosts welcomed us on our arrival and showed us around and explained all details regarding the house and pool.

Excellent Villa and great hosts.
We spent a week at this villa in April 2022 having had to move the reservation because of Covid. The owners Gonzalez and Sue were very accommodating with the change of dates. Communication with them was very good. The villa was gorgeous and in a lovely area in a small estate of individual houses. The villa was decorated in a really calming palate and it was nice to come back to after a day of exploring. The garden was stunning and the pool was great for our 2 kids. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen appliances and some food was left for our arrival which was a lovely touch. We loved Valldemosa and the town had some great coffee shops and restaurants. We also loved Port de Valldemosa, Both being very close to the Villa.
Gonzalez and Sue even came to drop some things we had left at the villa at check out to our hotel we were staying in in Palma.
We would definitely recommend this villa and we will come back again. Thank you.

Restful stay
Just what we needed. Quiet break to wind down and catch up on some much needed sleep. Villa and garden is excellent with modern facilities great Wi-Fi and TV system. Valledemosa town and surrounding areas are beautiful. The paella at Sa Mata was outstanding. Local pizzeria is highly recommended. Gonzalo is a busy host but nothing was too much trouble. Only wish we could have stay more than a week.

Relaxing stay at Can Ganesh
We had a lovely, relaxing time at Can Ganesh. Susana and Gonzalo were very hospitable; great communication and they stocked the house with basics upon our checking in. Bedrooms are stylish, just be aware one of the bedrooms has an exposed upper wall so tends to be warmer than the other rooms and not as private. Hat was not an issue for us except for the heat. They generously provided us with an extra fan upon request bc the middle bedroom did not have AC. I believe they were in the process of installing an additional AC unit upon our departure bc it was so hot! Outdoor showers were a bonus. We would have preferred a door to the master bathroom, instead there was a blind that you rolled down, not a big deal bc it was in the master suite. Quiet neighborhood with amazing sunset views from the trail around the corner. Just s 5 min drive to Valldemossa makes it a great spot!
