Divino lugar con excelente ubicación y atencion a cliente. Muy bonito, cerca de todas las vinicolas que queriamos conocer y las instalaciones preciosas. La habitacion super limpia, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, televisor, el internet perfecto para trabajar y el lugar es super pacifico, tranquilo y seguro. Volveremos pronto

Overall we had a great stay!! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the property is nice and it felt safe. There were only two minor cons and one is not related to the property. 1. The toilet and shower smelled like old urine…I don’t know if scrubbing it would have made a difference. My boyfriend and I bought a spray for it and would leave the door closed for the restroom. 2. No Uber/ taxis in Valle. BUT thankfully the hotel staff has provide transport for you as long as they are told ahead of time. Of course this is an additional cost. Now, I do feel the cost for the transportation was a bit overpriced, it was almost like what you would pay in LA for an Uber. I get it though, they gotta make their money and tourist help with that. BONNIE the hotel dog was the highlight of our trip. Took her multiple days to warm up to us but she finally did. Don’t worry she won’t bother you, she’s kinda of an independent dog and comes and goes as she pleases! Anyways, overall it was a great stay!

The staff was really helpful and very attentive. The continental breakfast was good. We stayed in the studio with one bedroom and kitchen. My suggestion is to have an A/C installed in the living room area for the summer season. The only A/C is in the bedroom and it doesn't cool down the entire place. We brought our daughter and she slept in the sofa cama, the heat was really bad and the fan provided didn't do anything, we couldn't open the windows because no screen are installed and the flies were very bad this time (everywhere in Valle). The property needs some TLC but is very well located.

My husband and I frequently stay in Valle de Guadalupe (every 2 months or so) and each time we stay at a different property so you can trust my opinion. I have had a better stay at a $25 a night hostal than at this “hotel.” The photos of the property are very misleading. There was soooo much wrong with this property. Here’s a few: We rented 2 rooms and both were filthy! In my room there was a coffee maker but no coffee, just a used filter and dirty coffee mugs. There was a water carafe, but no water. The bed sheets had blood stains. The shower was covered in hair. The toilet… the floor was very dusty. The walls covered in dirty and stains. Spider webs abs dead flys everywhere! Outside: The patio furniture was completely covered in bird droppings. No pool towels. We requested wood for the nearly broken fire pit around 8pm. They responded at 11pm. It was too late, we went to bed. Oh and the gas fire pit had no gas. Back to the rooms: The secured lock on one of our rooms was broken. AND the icing on the cake was when the grounds attendant just opened the room door without knocking. I was in my damn underwear. Stay somewhere else.

El hotel está bien. Cama cómoda, cuarto acogedor, tranquilo y silencioso, mobiliario en buen estado, limpio y habitación de buen tamaño. El personal es muy amable pero hay que tener en cuenta de que en la recepción se van un poco antes de las 18hrs y que si llegas después de eso solamente te dan el código para entrar a tu cuarto. Hay que tener en cuenta que no es un Resort, sino un hotel boutique con lo que eso implica; así que no esperes un servicio 24/7 o quizá soluciones como te las darían en un hotel convencional. Para mi no fue un tema, pero si requieres del servicio de un hotel normal considéralo 2 veces. Su opciones de comida no son muy amplias, pero solicité el desayuno "a la carta" y estuvo muy bien. Con relación a la ubicación, está muy adentro del valle, por lo que está un poco lejos de Ensenada y Puerto Nuevo. Si quieres un hotel para desconectarte, tranquilo y agradable es muy buena opción. No lo recomendaría con niños ni para huéspedes muy exigentes.

The property was beautifully tucked back from the busier roads, which made our stay quiet and peaceful. The rooms were on a slope overlooking the property, with a small balcony and table set to drink wine/coffee on. They provided a complementary continental breakfast of toast, fresh fruit, and coffee. A homemade breakfast could be purchased for (if I remember correctly) $8. Bottled soft drinks, water, and some alcohol options were available in the lobby as well. There was a small language barrier, but the staff was prepared on our arrival with translated print-outs and was very accommodating to us despite our broken Spanish. I would absolutely stay here again, it was a true gem to find this place on our impromptu trip down!

TERRIBLE Y PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA

Ha sido la PEOR experiencia de mi vida como turista o en viaje de placer. Desde que llegamos no había siquiera una recepcionista. Un señor que estaba posando el césped nos recibió y fue muy amable y con mucho esfuerzo de su parte nos acomodó porque le llamó por teléfono a la encargada de la recepción para avisarle nuestra llegada y la señora jamás contestó, luego llamó a la dueña y tampoco jamás contestó. Luego verificó nuestra habitación y se dio cuenta de que no había agua caliente ni servía el boiler así que nos cambió de habitación. Al otro día nos encontramos que no había agua caliente tampoco en ese habitación, el agua no estaba fría, estaba helada, pues había 8 grados de temperatura afuera, fueron días muy fríos en Valle de Guadalupe, así que el agua estaba insoportable. Mi esposo corrió a la recepción y no ha Iá nadie nadie que ayudara, nadie que atendiera nadie para nada, más que un velador que no ataba ni desataba el pobre. Total que ya como pude salir de la ducha, helada y de la que saqué un buen resfriado, fuimos a reclamar a recepción y nos topamos con una señora grosera, súper majadera, que nos ignoraba abiertamente y solo respondió burlonamente que no se podía hacer nada, sin siquiera dirigirnos la mirada, como si no fuéramos nadie, con una tremenda falta de respeto y de consideración. Cero solución, cero reembolso cero nada. Ante eso Obviamente nos molestanos más. Pues en la noche la señora metió a la policía y nos fueron a tocar la puerta con amenazas.
