Even at check in the front desk person told me my floor but not my room for safety as to not announce my room number out loud which I really appreciated especially traveling with small children. He went above and beyond when I needed an extra blanket and even let me pick mine out. I got 3 hours away and realized I left my Apple Watch in the room, called back and they put it in the safe for me! 」

「We needed a place to stay for one night on a long drive. The room was nice, but the hot part of the breakfast wasn’t as good as we normally expect. 」

「Clean room, staff were friendly and helpful despite working nonstop during snowstorm. They were constantly working to clear out snow with just shovel and broom. I saw them after greeting guests they jumped right out to clear snow. What a hard working folks that night when we pulled in. 」

「This hotel was understaffed. Our room was not ready until 2 hrs after check-in. The room was clean, but small. The pillows were small and requested 2 additional. The breakfast was sad. No toast or pastry items. Also the hot water was empty with no personnel in sight to refill. There were a lot of kids (sports teams).
