「I have stayed a few times over the years and i think its a great value pub with rooms i stayed 3 nights and my room was good as always, the team were all good and i would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.」

「Although my stay was lovely, the hotel could do with upgrading their rooms. Everything in the room was basic where expectations were for a 4 star luxurious experience.」

「Some good, some bad... We arrived late in the evening and had a nice welcome. There were some petit fours in our room and it looked very attractive, if very cold. The bed and bed linen was good and the (small) bathroom attractively fitted out. But beneath the surface there are obvious problems. The foyer had a bad damp smell. 「Good but no parking in hotel.」

「There are a lot of stains on the breakfast utensils.」

「Great location. Plenty of safe parking . The bedroom was a good size and well equipped. 」

「傳統的英國鄉村旅館，餐食比預期中的美味，感覺上餐廳的評價比客房住宿的部分還高。」

「L’ambiance du pub, accueillant.」

「Staff made the experience - they were exceptional. Really helpful and friendly. Having the garden gate opening directly onto the New Forest was a huge bonus, especially as we were travelling with our dog.」
