Urszula the host is warm, kind, and very responsive via WhatsApp. The self-serve breakfast offerings have a wide range, have plenty of quantity, and are restocked well. Most of all, the location is unbeatable: One is in the center of Rome where all the major sights and shopping areas are walkable. Also, the pizza place on the righthand side right next to the Residenza is excellent.」

「The staff is wonderful, the room was nice, and the location is perfect. My only complaint is they don’t have an actual airport shuttle. They claim calling you a cab is the same thing but that’s not what a shuttle is. I’d still stay there again and recommend it. 」

「We didn't really plan our trip in Rome. La Maison d' art provided lots of information and helped us reserve city bus tour, shuttle to airport, also guide tour to Musei Vaticani which saved us lot time to line up. The breakfast was so great. The wall is so thin which you can actually heard people walking upstairs. However, this wasn't a big problem for my family and I as we were too tired after long day visiting and sightseeing. 」

「This hotel is part of Albergo Abruzzi. It's right near the pantheon, we could see it from the window. there are 20 stairs then you reach the reception. From there on, there is an elevator. Rooms are so well renovated. very spacious and clean. Has everything you need, very comfortable and amazing view on the pantheon and the square from our room on first floor. close to everything, lively neighborhood and windows isolate the noise very well. only downside is breakfast. it's in a restaurant that...
