“Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). ”

“Bonsoir, nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits. L'hotel a un style un peu vintage mais élégant et en rapport avec Vérone. C'est Un 4 etoiles qui repond parfaitement a nos attentes et a ce qui etait présenté. Un petit pot d'accueil est la entre 12h et 17h cest une petite attention appréciable. La terrasse est belle. Le spa est en cours de développement je crois. La chambre que nous avions etait tres belle et spacieuse. L'emplacement est ideal , on ne peut plus centrale avec un parking a 2 pas. Merci……

“We had a nice stay here. Everything was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location is great, just about 12–15 minutes walk to the historic center. The reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00, which worked fine for us. There’s also a washing machine available for guests, €5 per load, which is very convenient. It would be even better if they had an iron available as well, but overall, a great place to stay!”
