The apartment, located on the ground floor and recently renovated, welcomes guests into a bright open-plan living area featuring a modern fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for four, and a comfortable sofa—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Soft shades of grey and white, combined with light wood details, create a refined and welcoming atmosphere. From the living room, you can access the outdoor balcony, furnished with a small table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying a beautiful view of the lake and the village.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds, both equipped with spacious wardrobes. A modern and minimalist bathroom with a large shower completes the property, ensuring comfort and practicality.

The building also offers a free shared laundry room.

High-quality bed linen, towels, and a courtesy kit are provided.

The apartment does not have private parking, but free public parking is available nearby.

Just a few minutes away is the charming Villa Fogazzaro Roi, an elegant lakeside residence once home to writer Antonio Fogazzaro, now open to visitors and full of timeless charm. Heading towards Switzerland, you will find the picturesque village of Gandria, with its colorful houses perched above the water, the lively town of Lugano—famous for its lakeside promenade, shopping, and elegant atmosphere—and Monte Brè, ideal for day trips and spectacular panoramic views.

Towards Lake Como, the green Valsolda valley unfolds, an authentic area dotted with small villages, unspoiled nature, and scenic views, leading to the lively town of Porlezza. Continuing along the main road, you will reach some of the lake’s most beloved destinations, such as Menaggio and Tremezzo, known for their historic villas, gardens, and lakeside walks, up to the Alto Lario, where the landscape becomes wilder and more dramatic—perfect for water sports, boat trips, and pure relaxation.

How to get there:

By car from Switzerland, take the Lugano Nord exit from the A2 motorway, pass through Lugano, and follow the Gandria road, crossing the border at Albogasio-Oria. From there, it takes about 4 minutes to reach the apartment.

From Italy, follow the Via Statale Regina Nuova along Lake Como to Menaggio, then turn towards Porlezza, whose center is about 10 minutes from the property.

By train, from Lugano station, reach the Lugano Cassarate - La Lanchetta bus stop. Take bus C112 and get off at “Cressogno - Via Statale” (12 stops, approx. 24 minutes), located just 20 meters from the apartment.
