Great view and convenient to the Sky Train. Short walk to some great restaurants in Chinatown. Enjoyed having access to a pool, hot tub and sauna.

Nice little place, small bed in one of the rooms. Heater was broken, missing blinds on the balcony slide. Broken AC hose. Unit gets really hot if you don't close all the blinds/shades. Major issue is getting into the parking space, really tight squeeze, have to press key fob when entering and exiting garage. Upon arrival got a ticket for parking on the street to retrieve garage keys from unit. Overall location is very convenient, lots of places within walking distance.

It was a lovely place to stay in; the view from the room is beautiful. The place is few minutes to train station by foot as well as restaurants. The owner responds quickly to my questions.

The apartment was clean and fairly quiet. Area around the building was a bit “rough” with a lot of homeless but Chinatown and Gastown are in walking distance, which was good.

Nice condo, great location. We enjoyed the stay. The bedrooms aren’t fully dark in the morning. If you are a picky sleeper, take your sleep eye mask with you! Overall, great experience!

The apartment was very close to the subway which was very convenient. Amazing views. Main bedroom was comfortable. The sofa was uncomfortable, I suggest owners replace the sofa.

First time to Vancouver. It was a great location and we had lots of fun. The unit needs a new couch. The one in it has the spring all busted. Couldn’t even sit on it properly.

I stayed here on a very last minute road trip with my wife and two boys (ages 7 and 10). Most everything about the experience was solid - communication with the property manager was prompt and clear, location was great, listing was accurate, pool and gym were nice, and price was a bit lower than most comparable listings. Our one grip was the furnishings were pretty bad. A couple of the other reviews mentioned how uncomfortable the couch was, and we scoffed thinking "how bad can it be?" But it was pretty bad. The mattress in the master bedroom had so little support I woke up after one night on it in extreme discomfort from my balky back. I actually ended up sleeping on an inflatable mattress for the second night of our stay just to prevent exacerbating my back issues. The bed in the second bedroom felt like it was in similarly bad shape, and the double sized bed is pretty small for two people. Overall though, good value as long as you don't have a bad back.
