Five Stars: Clean, Comfortable, and Wonderful Service! Loved our stay at the Cassandra Hotel in Vancouver! The hotel and our room were spotless, and waking up to mountain views from the window was a real treat. The location is great too, with lots of good restaurants within walking distance, so we never needed a car. A big thank-you to Handra and Anshu at the front desk. I changed my plans a few times, and they were pleasant, helpful, and accommodating every single time. Truly made the stay stress-free. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sogar einen im Zimmer verloren gegangenen Gegenstand bekamen wir wieder. Mit dem 2er Bus ist man in ca. 30 Min. downtown. Alles bestens, gerne wieder!

The room was clean and comfortable, but I had some doubts about the bathroom— there were some stains on the bathtub. The area where the hotel is located is also sketchy. Our view from our room was a dirty alley and a tire shop. The staff was great, though. She was helpful and friendly.

I was a little apprehensive when I first saw the hotel as my car ride pulled over at the entrance. I had arrived a few hours early; my check-in time at 4. Thankfully, the receptionist came out soon after and assisted me immediately. Handra was very helpful and friendly. Not only did she make the check-in process quick and stress-free, she even provided several recommendations on places to eat around the area, particularly when it’s my first time in the city. I wish all hotel receptionists are like her!

While the exterior of the building is still going through refurbishing and looks a bit dated, the inside has been nicely updated. The room was secure, spacious, and clean. The location was nicely located between bus stops for easy access. Asian food of all nations is within 2 to 15 min walking distance. A Safeway supermarket and liquor store are 10 min walk. Metrotown mall with a Walmart and Oakridge Park mall (Tiffany, LV, Dior, etc), are both within 15 to 20 min Bus ride. The cruise port and airport are both about a 30 to 45 min Lyft or Uber ride for around $30US. The staff at the hotel is absolutely outstanding.
