Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Pathetic property, needs major improvement

The bathroom was stinky, and the handle was broken. No inhouse kitchen for breakfast etc. Towels were not clean. Lipstick marks were all over towel. Room was not clean. The bedsheet and pillow were stinking. The only advantage was that it is walking distance from BHU main gate.
