I wanted to thank you for the excellent service during our 10-day stay at the apartment, "Bella Varenna." Everything was lovely, and the apartment is well supplied, for the most part. I had called you office a couple of times about the fact that the wifi device had quit working, and I understand that Saturday is a busy day for you. Luckily, the device finally discharged its battery and I was able to re-charge it and turn it back on, Saturday evening. As I had been advised, the memory cleared, so to speak, and the device began working again. I recommend you explain to other Americans (who are not used to wifi "cubes") that this can happen when you keep it plugged in all the time. If you don't keep it plugged in, however, you have to reset each time you turn on your device. So it's not an ideal wifi solution: perhaps you will consider putting in an actual wifi modem/router for the apartment, which most places include with no extra fee anyway.
Again, we greatly enjoyed our stay in Varenna, which is completely lovely and charming. We also appreciate the assistance of your staff, both before our arrival, via emails, and during our stay. We thank Danilo for helping with a reservation for lunch one day and also for giving several good suggestions for visiting some places on our own. We are independent travelers, and we do not typically enjoy tours, so having your staff available was pleasant, while not being part of a "package," group, or tour of any kind.
