「The property was as advertised. It was clean, beds were comfy and space was what we needed for the weekend. Initially, we were skeptical as the front walk, driveway and back walkway weren't plowed and we had to shovel to get in. Also, the property was advertised as a 3 bedroom space but 2 of the 3 rooms were locked when we first arrived. "I had a great experience at AC Hotel by Marriott. I arrived around 19:00, and check-in was fast and smooth. The staff provided me with the room I booked without any issues. The room itself is spacious and well-maintained, with good amenities. If you need slippers or a toothbrush, just ask at the reception. The bed is very comfortable, and I slept soundly during my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent — right in downtown Ottawa, next to ByWard Market. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including McDonald’s, and the Rideau Center shopping mall is just a short walk away. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ottawa."
