"We had an issue with our room door when we checked in- door was not locking. Front desk clerk handled the situation very professionally. Switched us to another room within minutes and came upstairs to ensure everything was perfect. Super friendly and respectful. Room was large and clean. We chose the top floor so that we would not hear walking above us. Hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was free so I cant really complain, but that was the only area where i saw a downfall. The eggs tasted off, the oatmeal was hard- not cooked properly and there was 1 meat option which looked like deli ham slices that were in a warmer- also did not taste good. However, again breakfast was free so I dont think I truly have room to complain. "

"Clean spacious rooms, staff are nice to deal with they are all kind especially the ladies at the breakfast area. They always greet guests with smiles on their faces. Free safe parking. Free breakfast - not too many choices but can't complain. It's not always that you get free breakfast in a hotel. Hotel lobby is always clean and there's free coffee and tea all the time. We will stay here again if we go back to Ottawa."
