The house features two spacious double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, a living area, kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a pleasant outdoor space where you can relax.

The location is ideal for exploring the area: Marina di Vecchiano and the beach are within easy reach, as are Pisa, Viareggio, Torre del Lago, Lucca, and the San Rossore Nature Park.
