"This is not a good hotel for tourists. It’s a convention center, and it lacks the personal service that you would expect from a good hotel. Room clean is “on request”. I think that’s not good for any hotel, except here nobody told this at check-in either and it was not made clear in the room also. That’s just ridiculous. I had to accidentally read this on a poster in the elevator on day of checkout. So no clean towels on day two. Breakfast was insane! Had to wait in line for 20 min. And the offering was average at best. Location is bad because public transport is not near. The shower went from cold to burning hot continuously and was barely useable. I don’t like to complain and it was mainly my own fault for booking this. I will not be back here again."
