"Nice place to stay if you don’t want to be in the city center yet easy to get there by public transportation. The tram and subway are both very close to the hotel. I took a train to central station and found it was easy and much less expensive to take the tram with my luggage to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to access a gym just across the street at their sister hotel for no extra charge. Really great place to stay if you’re trying to stay on a budget. "
"Loved it. The sauna/pool/spa area was a real treat. Clean and beautiful. Only complaint is some noise from the courtyard at night and view into office buildings (many people at desks looking into our room) which is a little awkward and prompted me to keep the windows and drapes closed. "
"The NH was an excellent place to stay for the World University Games swimming meet. It was a quick tram ride to the stop close to the pool. It was very walkable when the weather was nice. Staff was friendly as well. "

"You know that feeling when you walk into a hotel and think, "Aye, this'll do"? Well, this wasn't that. This was,
"Bloody hell, this is brilliant!"
They upgraded me to an executive room - and I swear it was bigger than my first flat. Spotless, comfy, and one of those places you actually want to come back to after a day stomping round Berlin.
Breakfast? Outstanding. None of this sad wee bit of toast nonsense - proper variety, good coffee, and enough to keep you fuelled till dinner.
And the staff! Friendly without being fake, the kind of people who make you feel like a guest rather than a nuisance with luggage.
Location's spot on too - easy to get about, but not stuck in the middle of tourist mayhem.
Absolutely loved it. If you're coming to Berlin, book this place. If you're not coming to Berlin, book it anyway and find an excuse."
"The hotel was clean and nice. It was in a good location. The breakfast was also very good. The only problem was only one elevator was working and it only held 3 people so it was hard to get an elevator."
