A great B&B in a good location.

A great, small locally owned and run property close to the railway station. This B&B has all you need for a stay in Venice. a clean room with enough storage. A private bathroom with shower free wi-fi and optional breakfast. The hotel is situated 5 mins walk from the Riva de Biasio waterbus stop with no steps to carry your luggage over and only one stop from the railway station, or two stops from the bus station. 25 mins from St Marks square and only 15 mins from the Rialto bridge. Would stay again if I went to Venice.

Cosy and welcoming room, perfect for a family. Owners are very nice and friendly. Breakfast was perfect. I loved the homemade tiramisu :). Overall, we felt like home. I will definitely come back here, next time in Venice.

Great location and awesome stuff

Great location and very convenient to everything, specially to train station. Very friendly and helpful stuff. We arrived late and in less than 4 minutes someone came and checked us in. Will book again on our visit!
