Apartment located in the Historic Centre of Venice but very convenient to both the train station and the bus station (Piazzale Roma). Rialto Bridge is just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment consists of a living area with living room and kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath/shower. Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher. Upon request 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 4 people. Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00. Check-in time: 15:00 to 20:00. Late check-in: arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 include a supplement of €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival. (ID: 027042-LOC-04564).

Short trip to Venice
We only had a couple of days in Venice and this was a great location. 8 minute walk to the train station. Great restaurants nearby and a market 2 minutes walk. We would stay here again given the opportunity.

A good place to stay
The apartment was beautiful and very clean. We appreciated the property manager's city recommendations as well as the information booklet. The view is gorgeous and the location is very convenient to the center by a short walk. I loved that there was AC because it was hot! I only deducted one star due to the functionality. There was no WiFi available as the listing claimed, which made planning our trip difficult. Additionally, the stove does not work, nor do the stick lighters, but thankfully there were matches so we were able to light fires (after almost burning fingers!) Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if there was internet.
