  • Apartment in the heart of the Historic Centre with a view of the Rialto Bridge staircase and 5 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square, located in the most exclusive area of Venice. The apartment is on the fourth floor and consists of: living area with sofa bed and kitchen, three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single) and two shower bathrooms. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 7 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Location can’t be beat! You can see the Rialto Bridge steps from the window. The apartment is filled with charm and history. Very clean and comfortable, and is well equipped with basic needs. The Nespresso plus pods was most welcome. Thank you for being such terrific hosts!

Venice getaway

Property is very central and close to Rialto bridge. Spacious and clean. One of the showers was not very powerful and the wifi didn’t always work but other than that we had a great stay.

Very spacious apartment both in common living areas and bedrooms. The elevator was helpful in bringing luggage up to the apartment with minimal stairs.

The place was in a great location and good for booking it a month in advance especially since the big art festival was going on. With all of that said, my party and I received lots of bug bites the 2 nights we stayed there. We woke up with lots of red bumps. Something you should know before booking. We reached out to alert the host and received poor communication back considering the situation.

Ideal location

Ideal location, clean property, clear instructions on how to check-in. This is an older structure but the owners seem to have modernized this. Highly recommended.

The location of this apartment is amazing, just a couple minutes from the Rialto bridge. So many shops and restaurants close by. The apartment itself was bigger than I thought it would be. Kitchen supplies were very minimal, but we didn't do much cooking aside from breakfast. It was HOT when we were there and the air conditioning was not fully functional. The property management came to look at it but could not get it serviced while we were there. Not a deal breaker all. The living room was nice and cool, and we made it through just fine with the fans provided. I would stay here again.

This place was a great help in making our Venice trip enjoyable. The location was excellent, making it easy to come and go. The space was spacious, and the elevator was a big help when carrying our luggage up. Although the floor was slightly slanted on one side, it didn’t cause any major inconvenience. It was immaculate and nice. Thank you.

Great Location!

Easy walk from Water Bus from Rialto. Easy walk to St Mark’s Square. Comfortable and fit our family if 5 perfectly. It’s Venice, so floors are slanted so added to the charm. Enough amenities. Took suggestions from binder they provided. Great stay!

Très bel appartement spacieux , propre confortable et bien décoré avec vue sur le Rialto.La proximité des commerces( marché et supermarché) est appréciable.Tous les quartiers, même les plus excentrés sont accessibles à pied.L ‘agence s’efforce de régler les problèmes rapidement ( ascenseur en panne)Quelques points ( des détails!) à améliorer..il faudrait plus de casseroles , de poêles Je recommande vivement cet appartement
