「Great apartment close to Rialto bridge. Easy to walk around. Neighborhood is a bit ‘scary’ :-) at the beginning but you get used to it quickly. Lights are on at night, so no concern. Very clean and spacious inside. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are great for travelling with kids.」

The apartment offered all the amenities we needed, including washing machine and dryer. 「As a world traveler, I expect smaller apartments and tight quarters whenever I visit different countries. In fact, I had just enjoyed a 700 sq ft apartment the week prior in Venice. However, this 1400 sq ft apartment blew me away with its spacious rooms, remodeled bathrooms, COLD A/C and perfect location nearby sights and a water taxi stand. I couldn’t suggest a better apartment if you are looking for some fun with friends or family!!!」

「Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again.」

「Very nice apartment, venitian/moroccan style decoration with modern appliances. Walking distance to eveything. There is no elevator, you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. DO NOT eat at a restaurant nearby called Rosa Rossa! The lady owner is the most rude person in Venice.」

「Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.」
