“第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？”

“Lovely property! It is so special to stay right on the grounds of this unique winery. The grounds are beautiful, the wine is very good and the Osteria serves delicious food. The rooms are a little smaller, but are very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a fantastic stay there.”

“Vraiment inadmissible de louer ce genre d'appartement. Il est composé de 2 parties, l'une avec un living room et une chambre et la seconde chambre se trouve dans un bâtiment de l'autre côté de la terrasse. Cependant, cette chambre est irrespirable, pleine d'humidité. On se dirait d'une cage de prison du palais Ducale... Bref, on a essayé de parler avec le propriétaire, mais celui-ci ne répondait même pas. Il a fait le silence radio car nous avions dû payer via un autre site que celui……

“This was a great little apartment. Super cute decorations, had all the basic amenities one would need. Once you take the water taxi from Venice over to Murano island, everything is walkable. I loved the restaurants and all the glass shops. I would highly recommend this little apartment. Exceptional neighbors.”
