Alessandro was so welcoming. Great communication before arrival and so welcoming when we arrived and allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived in the morning. The guest house is quaint but had everything we needed. Super clean, beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The owner was very helpful prior to our stay by giving us a downloadable map to find the hotel and responding promptly when arriving to make sure we could find the place. He went over how everything functions so as to make sure we knew how everything worked and also to guarantee a smooth stay by answering questions especially when looking for the best mode of transportation back to the train station. He put balloons out to celebrate our anniversary which my wife and I appreciated making our stay even better. The location is great. It's quiet and away from the busiest tourist spots but within walking distance of everything, so you could easily go whenever you'd like. The place was very clean and was taken care of. There were also umbrellas available since it did rain for part of our trip which are free to use. This made our stay convenient as we did not need to pack an umbrella and we did not want to wander around looking for one to buy either. The room had snacks and drinks available for us upon arrival which was very thoughtful as well. So many positive things to consider when staying at a hotel. I would recommend friends to stay here when they visit Venice!

We loved our stay at Ca Patron guesthouse with Alessandro! He was such a welcoming host and very responsive to any and all needs! The rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable! A beautiful room, spacious with everything you could need to have a really comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable, with soft linen. Immaculate bathroom, very clean with toiletries for use. The room has been decorated with a Venice theme, so it feels authentic and luxurious. Definitely highly recommend.

Great stay! The attention to detail in our room was amazing. We walked from the train station with little issue. it’s Venice, so expect some tight spots, but overall very manageable. The location is excellent; we explored the city easily on foot and found great food options within minutes. Our host was welcoming and made arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend—10/10!
