Excellent quiet little guest house hotel with friendly, accommodating staff and comfortable rooms. Great location in San Polo with all the classic sights within 30 minutes walking distance. Rooftop terrace, air conditioning, good shower and mini fridge with complimentary water. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Cute hotel! Great reception!

Adore this hotel and the location. The AC was struggling during the heat wave. But would absolutely stay here again. Very sweet receptionist. She was able to set up our airport boat taxi back to the airport. The location is just perfect for everything.

Started off hard to get into with the vikey system not working. Not really a great start. Rooms are very tight and the wash facilities need updating. The breakfast could do with further options and an operating reception area would help.

This property was conveniently located, not far from the Grande canal, and the S. Toma vaporetto stop. Also close by we found 2 ‘groceries’, gelato & a couple restaurants (would also recommend (Trattoria S.Toma con giardino). The establishment is quaint & staff was helpful. Aside from the overwhelming scent of the cleaning product that took some time to dissipate, we don’t really have any complaints. It’s dated, but you are in Venice, so would say it’s a good option for the value.

Ca’ San Polo was the prefect location for our visit to Venice. Room was clean and exactly what was needed for two nights, we just used the room to recover after a walking everywhere. Location was great and breakfast was simple but enough variety for all. Pastries, bread, cold cuts/cheese and beverages. Would recommend to any one visiting
