The apartment is located in the heart of Venice. 10 minutes from Piazzale Roma and the Santa Lucia train station. 30 meters from the Frari church and the large San Rocco school and 10 minutes from the Rialto bridge.
The unit is independent and is very large 150 square meters. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room with sofa, armchair and TV, and a garden of 80 square meters. Convenient to bars, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
